"Traci is the CEO of the Child Center of NY—a non-profit providing 35,000 low-income NYC kids and their families with the mental health care and other social services they need to succeed in life. The Child Center serves some of the communities hardest hit by COVID-19, including Elmhurst, Jamaica, Flushing, and the Rockaways. Governor Cuomo deemed this work essential because Child Center clients still need the services they provide and cannot get them elsewhere. Traci didn't miss a beat. She transitioned much of the support to remote access and invested in technology and infrastructure for her staff and the community‚ virtually overnight. She has also aggressively transformed the services provided to address the NYC community's biggest needs at the moment. Traci is fearless and relentless.
